About the Author

Chad Cummings is a born again, spirit-filled, new creation in Jesus Christ.  He is privileged to be the husband of his equally born-again and beautiful wife, Emily.  They have been gifted with five amazing children.

Chad loves the church corporately and enjoys serving in whatever capacity is available to him.  Currently, he serves as the lead pastor of Gospel Open Bible Church in Jefferson, IA.  Another passion that Chad enjoys is the original languages of the Bible, with Greek being his favorite.  From time to time he is given the opportunity to teach classes on the foundations of the language.  Chad has completed work on a Certificate in Christian Apologetics through Biola University and hopes to pursue a masters degree in apologetics in the near future.

In his spare time, he fishes as much as possible, wrenches on his Jeep Wrangler, and enjoys traveling with his family.

Chad would be blessed to know a bit about you, whether you are a committed believer or a skeptical atheist, so please leave a friendly comment or something about yourself on this site.

The truth can often be painful. When the plough is put in the ground a crop is expected. When as a farmer we turn the ground a seed is dropped. A crop will come. When you till the church and plant the true seeds growth will come. Love your site.
